We’re thrilled to launch our 2026 Marshal Recruitment Programme!
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be trackside, to work in assembly, pit lane, or
on the start line, now’s your chance to get closer to the action than ever before and
join the NLR Orange Family.
Whether you an experienced marshal or new to marshalling, you will receive a warm
welcome and be supported by seasoned marshals who will support you every step of
the way.
Marshals Training Day!
We are hosting an ACU-accredited Marshal Training Day on February 28th 2026 at Mallory Park.
This full-day event includes refreshments and lunch for all attendees.
The morning session will focus on essential theory, including what to expect during a race weekend, efficient incident handling and bike recovery, flag control, light panel operation, safety clothing, and more.
In the afternoon, participants will take part in practical, hands-on training led by a qualified medic and fire fighter, giving you real-world skills and confidence for trackside duties.
Whether you’re passionate about motorsport, eager to learn new skills, or looking to be part of an exciting and supportive community, we’d love to hear from you.
